麦巷村是大江镇所辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在镇的东北部，离镇政府约10千米。东面与新会区罗坑镇的六堡村相接，南面是河木村，西面是五星村，北面临潭江。

全村6平方千米，有11个自然村、12个村民小组；常住900人，户籍登记516户、1931人。 农业以水稻为主，瓦窑湾风鳝是本村的特色产品。
