东坑村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的行政村，在街道西北部，北面与水步镇交界，东邻南坑村，西接北坑村，南面是板岗村；村委会在东坑路14号。

全村面积4.24平方千米，下分14个村民小组，基层管理上划成东坑和东坑园区两个网格。2025年11月的户籍人口为1902人（499户），而实际常住的达2700人，多于户籍人数。 村里的经济以工业为主，农业为辅。
