桂水村是台山市台城街道西郊的一个行政村，属广东省江门市，旧称桂水堡。东面是合新社区，西面是岭背村，南北两面分别是筋坑村和白水村；一条河从村前绕过。

全村面积3.9平方千米，下辖11个村民小组，2025年12月户籍人口1321人（332户），常住554人。 村子是余、李两姓的聚居地，建村已五百多年；旅居海外的乡亲超过村内户籍人口，当地因此有「海内外两个桂水」的说法。 新宁铁路的创办人之一余灼是桂水人。 桂水村2021年获评全国乡村治理示范村，2025年获「全国文明村镇」称号。
