元山村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的行政村，台城街道办事处的资料写作「圆山村委会」，旧文中也写作「园山」。村子位于街道西部、台城城西约3千米处，北面以台城河与河北村相隔，东面是白水村的和安里，南面是岭背村的石冲，西面到淡村的水西桥。

全村约3.57平方千米，有13个村民小组，2025年12月户籍人口1195人（363户）。 这里是台城谭氏的聚居地之一，村内的圆山圩建成于1929年，是保存较完整的侨圩，现存完好的骑楼58栋；圩旁的昌蕃学校由谭氏宗亲捐资兴建。
