水南村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道西南部的行政村，村委会设在南强路1号。 全村面积4.77平方千米，下设14个村民小组，2025年12月户籍人口1780人（523户）。

村民以种植水稻和淡水养殖为主业。村里的绥靖伯庙俗称「老官庙」，供奉宋代将领陈仲真；附近的水南圩是新宁铁路沿线的侨圩，保存着成片骑楼。
