深井镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，在台山市西南部，南临镇海湾，同开平、恩平两市接壤；镇政府设在深井圩，离台城76千米。 全镇面积约320平方千米，下设深井圩、那扶圩两个社区和16个行政村，共有自然村303个。 据镇政府2025年的概况，户籍人口约6.2万人，旅居海外和港澳台的乡亲约1.8万人；第七次全国人口普查登记的人口为3.31万人。

现在的深井镇由原来的深井、那扶两镇合成，那扶镇在2006年5月并入。 当地属革命老区，1949年5月台山县人民政府在深井圩宣告成立。 镇境有山有海，海岸线约75千米，沿岸多红树林，镇海湾红树林国家湿地公园的核心区盘皇岛就在镇内；生蚝和对虾养殖、奇楠沉香种植是主要的特色产业。 深井镇在大广海湾经济区的涵盖范围之内。
