高朗村是广东省台山市汶村镇下辖的行政村，在镇的东南部，南面临海，东面与海宴镇的吉浦村接界，西面隔白沙运河与白沙村相邻，北面靠省道麻阳线。村委会离圩镇约3千米。据镇政府网站的村情资料，全村有4327人，耕地3011亩，全部是水田。
