城北村是广东省江门市台山市广海镇下辖的行政村，在广海城以北约4千米，北面和东南面分别与端芬镇、斗山镇相邻。2004年由月明、山背、东山、那章四个村委会合并设立，现分31个村民小组。

城北村以种植水稻为主，以丝苗米列入广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。旅美华侨刘郁南的祖籍月明村、酒店业者陈泽富的家乡山背，都在今城北村境内。
