三洞村是广东省台山市端芬镇西南端的行政村，与寻皇、隆文两村相接，三村同为革命老区。村委会设在三洞路口，离端芬圩约17千米（地名资料作二十多千米）。

据端芬镇人民政府2026年的介绍，全村面积约15平方千米，14条自然村编为16个村民小组，户籍381户、1577人。近年村里大面积种植香水柠檬，种植面积已超过4000亩，年产值过亿元。
