东宁村又名东宁里，是广东省台山市端芬镇海阳村的一个自然村，在端芬圩南面不远，东靠端芬河，西望大同河，处在两河之间的冲积地上，紧邻海口埠码头，离梅家大院只有几千米。

村子由旅居古巴的李姓华侨在民国初年主持兴建，全村同姓李。38座青砖民居按统一规矩建在一条直线上，村长五百多米，至今保存完整。2019年，东宁村列入第五批中国传统村落名录。
