香雁湖村是台城街道东部的一个行政村，属广东省江门市台山市。村子西面和北面都以台城河为界，东邻四九镇的田坑村，南面是廛溪村；离新台高速公路的台城出口约1千米。

全村面积4.3平方千米，有12个村民小组。2025年11月户籍人口1863人（487户），常住人口2307人。 现在的村名得自2004年原香头坟、雁沙、西湖三个村的合并。 村落的历史可追溯到1278年，相传由南宋抗元义士伍隆起的守墓人繁衍而来，伍隆起墓（俗称香头坟）至今仍在村内。
