安步村是台城街道下辖的一个行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，处在台城城区与郊区的结合地带。村子东面与四九镇相接，南邻大亨村和长岭村，北靠南坑村和石花村，西面连着城区，外围有三台大道经过。

全村面积约3.19平方千米（百度百科作3平方千米），由8个村民小组组成，2025年12月户籍人口1509人（419户）。 台山农民运动的先驱温梦熊就是安步人；1926年初成立的沙步农民协会是台山首个农会，其发起地就在本村的沙步村。
